She has managed Class A high rise office buildings, retail and condo associations over the past 25 years in real estate. She received the Certified Property Manager designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1996 and holds a Texas Real Estate License. She received the CPM of the Year award in 2005 in Houston and in 2008 in San Antonio. She received her Bachelors Degree in Management in 1992 and an MBA in 2002. In 2012-2013 she was IREM's Regional Vice President for Region 7 which includes 6 IREM Chapters in Texas and 1 in Oklahoma.
